Celebrating Excellence: Loan Market Dunedin's Success at Awards Day

Last week, New Zealand’s top Loan Market and Insurance Market advisers gathered with the group’s Chairman, Sam White, and NZFSG CEO Brendon Smith to celebrate the network’s achievements in the past 12 months. 

In the presentation of awards, the team at Loan Market Dunedin were congratulated for achieving Chairman’s status for another year, a position achieved by less than 2% of businesses in the Loan Market Group, and based on settlement volumes.  In addition to this, Loan Market Dunedin were recognised as one of Australia and New Zealand’s Top 20 Businesses, a status achieved based on the number of clients helped in the past financial year.  

Loan Market Dunedin’s dedication to customers was once again highlighted with Gary Beattie taking out the Client’s Choice Award. The Clients Choice Award recognises the adviser with the highest NPS score, and the highest number of customer NPS responses. Gary’s First Place was closely followed by Sally Thomson who ranked second, and Jacqui McFadgen who came fourth in the NPS leaderboard. As a result, the Loan Market Dunedin team took out three of the top four places. 

The celebrations for Loan Market Dunedin didn't end there. In the individual RnR status, all three directors, Sally Thomson, Gary Beattie and Brian Greer, were recognised as achieving Elite status individually, having helped more than 120 clients each in the last financial year. Jackie McFadgen, newcomer Ben Grant, and Insurance adviser Michelle Greenaway were all awarded Premier status, helping more than 75 customers each in the last financial year. 

The team at Loan Market Dunedin are on a mission to continue to help as many Kiwi’s with financing their property dreams, and would like to thank their clients, whose trust and loyalty have been the driving force behind their success so far.
