My background experience is in administration, customer service, adult education and sales. This has given me the skills to understand how to best assist clients in the application process. As we are a husband and wife team my role is supporting Keith and his clients in compiling the administration required by the various Banks/Lenders. With our online platforms this is made more streamlined and helps take the pain out of the application process. I ensure that you are well cared for and looked after throughout the process and for the life of the loan, assisting Keith with pre and post settlement needs along with loan maintenance when your loan is due to be refixed.
