Jarnail will be real with you, he didn’t walk straight into finance. He studied Commerce, majoring in Accounting, but he has always been someone who would rather build something than just read about it. At a young age, Jarnail started his own business and handled the finances himself, taking care of the invoicing, cash flow, tax, and all of it. With no accountant to lean on, he learned by doing, and he got it wrong plenty of times before he got it right.

Around that same time, he started investing in property. That’s where he applied for his very first mortgage, and honestly, it was overwhelming. Jarnail remembers signing things he didn’t fully understand, asking questions he felt silly asking, and wishing someone would just slow down and explain it properly instead of rushing him through it. He never forgot that feeling, and it’s a big part of why he does what he does now.
