Jordan Boon is a qualified Financial Adviser with Loan Market and holds the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), specialising in Residential Property Lending.

Jordan’s interest in property began well before joining the finance industry. She completed her National Certificate in Real Estate in 2014 and later joined Property Apprentice to deepen her understanding of property ownership and investing. Having purchased both an investment property and her own family home, she understands first-hand the excitement, uncertainty and important decisions that come with buying property.

Before becoming a Mortgage Adviser, Jordan built a successful career with Goodman Fielder, where she held a variety of customer service, operations, business support and leadership roles. Working on complex projects in fast-paced, time-critical environments developed the analytical thinking, organisation and communication skills she now uses to guide clients through the lending process with confidence.

Jordan enjoys working with clients at every stage of their property journey, whether they're purchasing their first home, refinancing, investing or looking to structure their lending more effectively. She prides herself on taking the time to understand each client's goals, explaining lending in plain language, and providing clear, personalised guidance from application through to settlement.

Rather than being limited to a single lender, Jordan works with a panel of banks and lenders to help identify lending solutions that best align with each client's goals and circumstances. She believes informed decisions come from understanding the options available and is committed to helping clients navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

Jordan’s interest in financial wellbeing extends beyond mortgages. For several years, she has shared practical budgeting, debt management and personal finance insights through an online community, connecting with people working towards greater financial freedom. Helping others build strong financial foundations ultimately inspired her to become a Mortgage Adviser, where she can support clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions.

Outside of work, Jordan is a proud wife and mum of three who enjoys spending time with her young family. She continues to expand her knowledge of personal finance and property investing, bringing that curiosity and commitment to learning into every client relationship.
