Che brings a powerful mix of operational grit and genuine care to the team and lour clients. Starting his career as an Import Airfreight Clerk, he spent 30 years working his way up to Operations Manager for several leading New Zealand automotive-focused freight forwarders. In 2024, following the birth of his daughter, he made the move to join the family business alongside Becs.

Che isn’t one for the spotlight or making a big song and dance. He’s a natural people person who focuses on support, client experience, and making things happen behind the scenes - simplifying the mortgage application process so clients feel zero stress. He approaches every challenge with a "give anything a go" attitude and a real drive to help people succeed.

Outside the office, Che is a devoted dad, a self-confessed foodie currently obsessed with fried chicken and American BBQ, and an all-around top bloke. On the weekends, you’ll find him spending time with family and friends, tackling a touch of DIY, tinkering on his car, or squeezing in a round of golf.
