I have been lucky enough to live here in Greenhithe for over fifteen years. Raising my family here has been brilliant, it’s always been a great environment to raise children. My boy’s attended Greenhithe Primary School and then Albany Junior while also being members of the Greenhithe Tennis and Football Clubs. I think we are also very lucky to be well served by the Greenhithe Dairy, Malthouse Bar, The Collins and other local retailers.
After 30+ years of working in Auckland CBD, post-covid I made the decision to start my own business, and so I now work from my Greenhithe home and am on-hand to assist any locals with support and advice around their lending needs. This includes working closely with Barfoot & Thompson, Harcourts, Ray White and many other Greenhithe real estate agents. By regularly talking to these agents, I maintain a great feel for what is going on in the area and can ensure I have solutions on hand to help meet the market. The Greenhithe real estate space seems to remain strong with good demand; most families choosing to move within the area rather than moving out (I love helping people get into their next family home too).
