With access to a diverse panel of over 20 lenders, Hayley ensures clients find the best banking solutions tailored to their needs and goals. Her services are typically free to clients, as she is remunerated by the banks in most cases.

Prior to her career in mortgage advising, Hayley honed her communication and negotiation skills as a Purchasing Manager in an FMCG group. She prides herself on clear communication without industry jargon, ensuring clients fully understand the process.

Originally from Christchurch, Hayley has been a resident of Timaru, South Canterbury, since 2009. What was intended to be a short stay turned into a deep-rooted connection with the community. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to supporting new mums and families as a volunteer for Plunket.
