I have been a Mortgage Adviser for over 19 years and genuinely enjoy the industry. I love helping young people get on the property ladder and supporting seasoned homeowners in achieving their next goals. I frequently assist with lending outside normal bank criteria, including business loans, farm loans, commercial financing, and cases where clients want to do something a bit different. I'm also very happy to help those who, for whatever reason, are struggling with their financial commitments. Life isn’t always a straight line, and sometimes things go wrong despite our best efforts. I’m not here to judge—just to provide honest financial solutions for people who find themselves in tough situations. Whether things are going smoothly or not, don’t hesitate to give me a call.
I’m a born-and-bred Cantabrian and father of two boys, Ciaran and Nicholas. I love being a dad—seeing the world through my boys' eyes always gives me a fresh perspective on life. Before becoming a Mortgage Adviser, I worked as an Aircraft Engineer and Flight Instructor, mostly in the UK. I'm a keen aviator and still fly regularly, doing a bit of flight instruction when time allows. I also enjoy sailing and fishing, mostly in the Marlborough Sounds, where you can still find a fat blue cod if you know where to look.
