I started as a Mortgage Adviser in 2002 and since that time have assisted 1000's of clients realise their dreams of becoming home owners. I pride myself on providing the very best service to my clients and hold their hands through the home buying process to ensure it is as stress free as possible.

I have been working at Loan Market since 2019 and previously worked for Ray White Real Estate for 6 years, which gives me a unique overview of both industries. I am an accredited Mortgage Adviser with a Level 5 Certificate in Residential Property Lending. I also have Bachelor's degree from the University of Auckland majoring in Accounting and Economics. I have a passion for helping people, crunching numbers and I love the challenge of finding solutions to give people the outcome they dream of: whether that be buying their first home, an investment property or restructuring their lending to suit their needs.

I've been in the finance industry since 2014 and work across both home loans & business lending. I've worked with Bruce & Michelle for the last 4 years I have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Economics & Marketing). I enjoy digging down into the numbers to find the best options for our clients and I love being able to help a client when they have previously been told "no". That has to be one of the best parts of the job!

I have been in the finance industry since 1993 this time around, but my first job out of school was office junior in a bank. I have been working with Loan Market since December 2005. I love it when we've got a client's finance pre-approved and then we get that excited call saying they've bought. That's when the fun begins and we get to work getting the best possible deal to suit them.

With over 20 years in banking and finance, I specialise in supporting mortgage advisers as a Client Services Manager, making sure every deal runs smoothly from start to finish. I take pride in being the behind-the-scenes partner the team can rely on to keep things moving and make complex scenarios feel simple.

I joined Team Patten in June 2024, having previously worked in the insurance sector. Working alongside such a knowledgeable, approachable and driven team, makes learning about a new industry so much more enjoyable. I love being able to assist clients in their property goals and perfecting applications to ensure we have everything we need to get an approval. I'm looking forward to continuing to grow with the team, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to their success in achieving their property aspirations.

I joined Loan Market and Team Patten in 2022, following 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. The skills and knowledge I've gained over those years have been valuable in shaping my approach to my current role, helping clients in the best way possible in the process of achieving their financial goals. It's truly fulfilling to assist them in reaching these goals.

Before joining Team Patten in September 2025, I spent over two years in the real estate industry. My experience in account management and client coordination has equipped me with essential skills for my role. I find client satisfaction deeply rewarding and look forward to supporting the team in delivering seamless transactions and financial success for our clients.
