With over 11 years of knowledge and experience in the Auckland property market he has a good understanding of how important an investment property is to a landlord. Wendy Delaveau | Conveyancing Practitioner at Albany Legal

Wendy is a specialist Conveyancing Practitioner with Albany Legal, who has who has considerable experience in all manner of conveyancing transactions. She has vast experience in residential and commercial sale and purchase transactions, property subdivisions, leasing, and powers of attorney. She joined Barter Law (now Albany Legal) in 2002 and has been a mainstay of the practice since that time. She has built relationships with clients that are measured in years and sometimes generations – this knowledge of the client and their circumstances sets Wendy apart from other conveyancing professionals. Wendy uses her experience and knowledge to give clients timely and understandable advice. She has a common sense attitude and makes the process of buying or selling a house clear, easy and hassle free.

Toni is a Registered Legal Executive who handles the majority of the conveyancing for Fencible Law. She has had 20 years experience in local firms which has resulted in her gaining an extensive range of Property Law skills. She has a cheerful, can do attitude. Toni is dedicated to her clients and goes to great lengths to ensure that they are provided with great legal services. Outside of work Toni enjoys time with her young family.

In 2019 he was recognised with a Chartered Accountants award for his representation of the profession. Driven by his enthusiasm for innovative business strategies, use of new technology and a passion to help people do what they love, Luke’s always on the go. He’s active both socially and with fitness.
