After more than a decade in the banking industry, including several years as a bank manager, I joined Loan Market as a mortgage adviser in 2020. My financial background provides a deep understanding of the lending process across various financial scenarios. My focus is to help my clients navigate the home lending process smoothly, ensuring they receive clear, relevant advice to obtain the right solution for them and their financial goals. When not in the office you can find me spending time with family, scaling Te Mata Peak, or cycling one of Hawkes Bays cycle trails. Whatever I am doing, you can usually be sure I will have at least one coffee in hand!
I joined Loan Market in 2025, after nearly a decade of banking experience. My motivation for moving into the mortgage adviser space stems from my genuine enthusiasm for helping people achieve their financial goals. It is a privilege to assist people through the exciting, but sometimes daunting, process of purchasing property. I enjoy creating tailored lending solutions for all situations, from first home buyers, to investors, self employed borrowers and those seeking residential lending, commercial lending or asset finance. Outside of work I am kept busy with family life, spending quality time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy getting out and about and experiencing the many parks and cafes Hawke's Bay offers.
I started with Loan Market in 2020. Most of my working life before this was spent in the property and finance industries, here and in the UK. My role with Loan Market has allowed me to combine the two skillsets. Whilst having completed my financial adviser and residential lending qualifications I currently focus on the operational aspects of mortgage advising, ensuring we meet compliance requirements and refining systems and processes to continuously provide quality customer service to all of our clients. It's exciting to be a part of the journey for people purchasing their first home, and those achieving other financial goals. Outside of work, my children keep me busy with their various sports and activities. I also enjoy exploring the many beautiful walking spots around Hawke’s Bay, often early in the morning to catch the sunrise.
