Meet your local team of lending experts
If you’ve been searching for a mortgage broker to help with your next move, you’re in the right place. While "broker" is the term most people know, here in New Zealand, we’re officially known as mortgage advisers.
The real difference lies in the depth of service we provide. While a broker is often seen as a transactional middleman, a Loan Market adviser is your partner for the long term.
Under current New Zealand regulations, our focus is squarely on your total financial well-being. This means we don’t just "find a deal"; we ensure every recommendation is tailored to your unique life stage and designed to put your best interests first.
With over two decades in the New Zealand financial services sector, Cameron (Cam) Marcroft has built a reputation for playing the long game. He prioritizes deep client relationships over quick wins, a philosophy that has seen him settle over $1 billion in mortgages in just seven years. As the Director of Loan Market Central, Cam is an expert at uncomplicating the complex. Whether he is helping a first-home buyer onto the ladder or assisting a seasoned investor, his goal is to ensure clients feel empowered and in good hands. He specializes in strategic debt reduction and property investment, particularly across Auckland suburbs like Remuera and Ellerslie. While he has been recognized as the top mortgage adviser in New Zealand for multiple years, Cam remains famously down-to-earth. He is a dedicated mentor who stays switched-on to the market to ensure your loan remains competitive. When he isn't helping Kiwis reach their property dreams, you will likely find him cheering on the All Blacks or the Black Caps
Recognised in the top 1% of New Zealand advisers, Cameron (Cam) Muggeridge is a Partner and leading mortgage expert at Loan Market Central. Leveraging a unique background in geophysics and advanced calculus, Cam applies scientific precision and fierce empathy to engineer resilient home loans for families and business owners across Remuera and Central Auckland. Cam’s "integrity-first" approach ensures clients never navigate complex negotiations alone. Whether guiding first-home buyers, structuring high-net-worth portfolios, or securing complex commercial and property development finance, he builds debt structures that thrive in Auckland’s dynamic property market. His elite status is backed by industry-leading accolades, including surpassing a $1 Billion career lending milestone. In 2026, Cam was awarded both the Liberty Adviser of the Year and Pepper Money Residential Adviser of the Year, cementing his position as Auckland’s premier lending authority. Cam is dedicated to elevating Loan Market Central far above the corporate standard. Outside the office, this true Kiwi outdoorsman recharges on the water fishing, golfing, or walking his dog, deeply grounded in the local community he protects.

Simonne joined Loan Market as the Client Services Manager in early 2020, then moving on to becoming an Advisor in early 2021. Prior to this, Simonne worked in the property industry for 3 years at the number 1 Ray White Office in Australasia as an Executive Assistant before moving into Sales. Having already had an interest in the property market, being an investor herself, moving into property finance was the next step in furthering her career. With the experiences learned through the selling and buying process, professionally and personally, it was an opportunity to take those learnings and create great experiences for clients.
After over two decades within the walls of a big bank, I decided it was time to step out of the corporate world and back into the community. My mission is simple: to offer professional advice with a down-to-earth touch, helping Kiwis achieve their financial goals without the stress. With 10 years of experience in both personal and business lending, I’ve seen every side of the New Zealand property market. I’ve lived on both sides of the bridge in Auckland, and I know that behind every lending application is a family, a dream, or a hard-earned goal. I’m here to share your aspirations, not just as an adviser, but as a partner in your financial journey. When I’m not talking policy, rates and refixing: - Sport: If there’s a ball involved, I’m watching. I’m a die-hard NZ Warriors supporter (it’s our year, right?) and a general sports fan. - Learning: Currently hitting the court to master Padel, it’s harder than it looks! - Family: I’m a proud dad to two (14 and 10) and a lucky husband. They keep me grounded and remind me why "financial security" matters so much for Kiwi families. - Vibe: Usually found with some music playing, keeping things low-stress and high-energy. I’ve spent 23 years learning how the banks think so that you don’t have to. Let’s grab a coffee (or a court-side chat) and start your journey towards financial freedom
