With a background in both entrepreneurship and property, Jay offers a practical and well-rounded approach to mortgage advice. Before entering the mortgage industry, he owned and ran a successful health and fitness business for five years before selling it to focus on real estate.

Jay is an active property investor and landlord who has bought, sold, and managed multiple homes. He also has experience in commercial property and comes from a family background in development and investment, giving him a deep understanding of the market.

Fluent in English and Korean, Jay helps everyone from first-home buyers to seasoned investors. He’s passionate about helping clients secure the right structure and loan for their goals.
