Prior to becoming a mortgage adviser, Jay was a business owner running his own gym for five years, which he later sold. Along with gaining firsthand experience in commercial property ownership and investment, Jay is an active property investor and landlord, having bought and sold multiple residential properties. Coming from a family background in property development and investment, he has a deep appreciation for smart financial decision-making in real estate. Fluent in both English and Korean, Jay is passionate about helping clients secure the right loan for their needs, with his hands-on experience and industry knowledge ensuring clients receive tailored advice every step of the way.
