Carmen brings over 5 years of experience in client services and administrative support to the Loan Market South team. Having learned the ins and outs of the mortgage industry directly from the best in the business, she works closely alongside our advisers to ensure every client's application process is seamless, compliant, and stress-free.

From managing lender communications to keeping applications moving behind the scenes, Carmen is dedicated to making the lending journey as smooth as possible. Originally from Auckland, Carmen has called Christchurch home for the last seven years. Having gone through the process of building her own family home in 2021 with her partner, she understands firsthand how important clear communication and strong support is when navigating the lending process.

Outside of work, Carmen loves spending quality time outdoors and with her family. You'll often find her keeping active with pilates, heading out for a walk, or running around after her daughter.
