Shayna’s experience extends from over 7 years in the financial services industry through to business, operations and account management on a global scale. Since joining Loan Market in 2020, she has helped secure hundreds of loans for her clients, whilst providing expert care and support throughout the entire process. Whether it be your first step on the property ladder or planning and investing towards a future lifestyle and income, it helps to have a trusted adviser on your side. As a homeowner & property investor herself, Shayna particularly enjoys helping clients reach their own financial and homeownership goals. Outside of work Shayna enjoys her small homestead in Little River with her puppy & two pet sheep.

Raewyn has a wealth of experience with over 32 years in the finance industry and 10 years as a Mortgage Adviser looking after her own client base. ​ Having her client's best interests at heart is something Raewyn is passionate about. She enjoys building long-term relationships and seeing her client's families and wealth grow year after year. Raewyn prides herself on helping her clients reach the best possible outcome, whether it be your first home, second or third, investment property, new build or a refinance. She has personally purchased, built, renovated, and sold property many times so understands that at times it can be daunting for people. Raewyn enjoys being part of a team that helps people achieve the kiwi dream of having their own home. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and has recently started playing golf. She also enjoys traveling whether it be within our beautiful county or overseas.

Varsha has a wealth of experience in the banking industry. She worked in one financial organisation for 16 years in numerous roles from personal banking to commercial. Home lending is her area of expertise and interest. Varsha has recently completed her New Zealand Financial Services certificate for residential lending. She loves being able to help customers find the solution to reach their financial goals. When she is not working, Varsha is busy spending time with her two beautiful girls and husband.
