She began her career with a major trading bank, where she spent 16 years gaining valuable insight into how lending decisions are made. Since joining Loan Market South in 2021, Varsha has used that insider knowledge to advocate for her clients, ensuring their applications are not only presented effectively but structured for the best possible outcomes. She has a strong focus on helping clients access low-deposit lending, including the 5% deposit Kāinga Ora First Home Loan, making homeownership more achievable for first-home buyers.

Working extensively across the Christchurch and Selwyn markets, Varsha combines strong local knowledge with technical expertise in residential lending, property investment, and construction finance.
