I am a Whangarei based Loan Market Mortgage Adviser I started broking in 2003. My role revolves around making it possible for people to enter the property market and buy their first home. I can also help you with commercial loans, investment loans, construction loans, land and build packages, mortgage top ups, refinancing, interest rate fixing and more. The main feedback I hear from my clients is the appreciation for the help, knowledge and expertise, followed by a big dose of care. Many clients have been referred to me after being declined, feeling disheartened and unsure how to proceed, with some feeling home ownership was just out of their reach. I have regularly and often turned declines into approvals. Others need someone to guide them on how to get there in the first place. It is important to understand that banks say no for a reason - I find out what that reason is, and then show you how to fix it.
